KASOFF RESIDENCE A 1970’s vintage four story, two unit residential building in the heart of the Telegraph Hill neighborhood was extensively remodeled. The lower two bedroom, one bath unit now features an open and expanded kitchen. The upper unit has a new master bedroom suite with sweeping views to the Bay. The master bedroom is separated from the more public portion of the suite with a see-through gas fireplace. The master bath suite incorporates a combination wet area for bath and showering separated from the dry area for watercloset and lavatory/vanity areas. An existing linear translucent skylight running two thirds the length of the buildings roof was also maintained. |
