This 17,000 square foot retail development in the rapidly developing Bay Area to Sacramento corridor will be construction in 2007. For this project Redstone Associates is also part of the developer team. Redstone looks for selective opportunities to take part in the development process where the company's unrestricted talents can be fully utilized.

Designed as two separate buildings, the structure can be developed in phases should the market dictate. The design incorporates a shaded promenade to protect shoppers from the hot afternoon sun and a plaza between the two planned buildings offers opportunities for possible outdoor dining. Architectural roof lines vary along the length of the building to add visual relief and provide a separate identity for the different tenants. The perimeter of the site will be heavily planted to screen the parking and present a landscaped face to the adjoining streets.
