BERMAN RESIDENCE

This 4,300 square foot, two story structure has three bedrooms and two and one half baths. The house is located on a ridge overlooking magnificent Flathead Lake to the west and the majestic mountains which become Glacier National Park.

The entrance to the house is from a covered entrance walkway, The design features a Great Room with a two story Living Room open to the adjacent Dining Room and Kitchen. The space is oriented to take advantage of spectacular view to Flathead Lake. A large fireplace built from local stone complements the views while the living and dining spaces open to a large deck.

The Master Bedroom Suite has workspaces for husband and wife. Book lined stairs lead to the upper level and two guest rooms plus a study overlooking the Great Room.
The house makes use of local materials for the exterior cladding in wood and stone.
